Welcome to our 7-day Ayurveda and Yoga course, where you will embark on a transformative journey to delve into the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga. This course aims to provide you with in-depth knowledge and personalized yogic practices based on your unique body type and imbalances.

Throughout this course, you will gain deeper insight on your body’s wisdom through interactive sessions, covering topics such as: the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha), Ayurvedic diet and nutrition, yogic techniques, and lifestyle practices tailored to your unique constitution. By understanding these Ayurvedic principles, you will learn to make informed choices that align with your individual needs, promoting balance and vitality in your daily life.

The curriculum is based on the traditional and practical knowledge of Ayurveda and Yoga, rooted in the Guru Shishya Parampara (Spiritual Master and Disciple tradition). It encompasses various types of Yoga practices, Spiritual teachings, Ayurveda, Meditation, and other healing practices.

In addition to Yoga asanas, pranayama (breath regulation), and meditation, you will also gain knowledge of the basic concepts of Yoga and its lifestyle. This holistic approach teaches you to integrate your body, mind, and consciousness for a complete and fulfilling life.

You will also have ample time for self-reflection and rejuvenation with rest or activities of your choice. The course will take place in our center outside of the main hustle and bustle of Rishikesh, providing the ideal setting to turn inwards. Wholesome meals will be prepared with fresh, healthy ingredients 3 times daily. You will also have the opportunity for optional Ayurvedic treatments such as massage and panchakarma to enhance your wellness experience (not included in course fees). Last, but not least, you will get the chance to connect with fellow participants who share your passion for Ayurveda and yoga, fostering a supportive and inspiring community.
